Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Local Site Engine (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Local Site Engine is a tool for generating static local-SEO websites. Generation runs in your browser using an AI provider (OpenRouter) that you connect with your own API key. We provide the wizard, the generator, project storage and account management.

You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You supply your own OpenRouter API key and are solely responsible for the usage and charges incurred with that provider. Local Site Engine does not control or bill for AI generation costs.

• Don't use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
• Don't publish fake reviews or misrepresent a business — you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the sites you generate and deploy.
• Don't attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls or another user's data.

Free and paid plans carry the build and page limits described on the pricing page, enforced per calendar month. Paid plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plans or pricing with notice.

You own the configurations you enter and the sites you generate. You're responsible for reviewing generated content (including the template legal pages inside each ZIP) before publishing it.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Local Site Engine does not guarantee any particular search ranking or business result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
